Riguardo alla scomparsa/morte di alcuni personaggi di Heroes nel Vol. 2 "E!" ha scoperto alcune cose:

Ali Larter (Niki): According to Heroes insiders, Niki is not expected to return to the show. But her devilish alter ego Jessica? Oh yeah, we'll see her as soon as the show comes back to the beloved airwaves, when the strike is through! At least, that's the current plan according to sources, who tell me producers had "done all they could do" with Niki. Micah is not gonna be happy. But at least he'll have Monica...

David Anders (Adam): I'd bet my beloved, signed Hiro poster that Hiro's sworn nemesis will return. (I've seen that '90s flick The Vanishing and know that people can be dug up after being buried alive! Maybe we can even get Kiefer Sutherland to do the digging like he did for Nancy Travis!) Sources tell me it's not set in stone, but that the tentative plan is for Adam Monroe to be back to torment our favorite squinty teleporter, i.e. the "carp." Here's hoping he does.

Adrian Pasdar (Nathan): I've heard the production and writing staff is somewhat split as to whether Nathan should return to the show when the show returns. Allow me to be the first to say WTF? Heroes without the brothers would be like Prison Break or Brothers & Sisters without the brothers: i.e., a waste of time! Surely Claire's blood can save her own father, right?! Let's say a little prayer for the older Petrelli, shall we?

Altri spoilers sul Volume 3:

1) Ali Larter tornerà, ma sembra che la sua storia finirà con il Vol.3 (probabilmente come Jessica e si unirà ad Adam e Syler)
2) Anche la storia di Micah finirà.
3) Adam tornerà e incontrerà un nuovo amico (probabilmente Syler)
4) Nathan potrebbe tornare, ma tutto sta ai fans.
5) Syler tornernà, sarà ancora più cattivo del solito e ucciderà uno/una delle stars dello show.

Durante il corso della stagione 2 i produttori di Heroes hanno apportato alcuni cambiamenti alla storyline originale:

1) Elle sarebbe dovuta essere uccisa nell'episodio numero 8, ma per via del supporto dei fans, hanno deciso di tenere ancora per un pò Kristen Bell nel cast.
2) Elle sarebbe dovuta risultare la sorella di Clare e figlia di Meredith e Bob sarebbe dovuto essere solo il patrigno.
3) Bob invece sarebbe dovuto essere più cattivo di quello che poi è risultato.
4) West sarebbe dovuto essere figlio di Bob e mandato dal padre per controllare Clare.
